Abstract
The talk is devoted to the results of the experimental study of a principally new 2D electron system: a two-dimensional (2D) semimetal,스포츠 토토 분석 사이트recently스포츠 토토 분석 사이트realized for스포츠 토토 분석 사이트the first time in quantum wells (QWs) on basis of zero gap semiconductor HgTe. It is shown that this 2D semimetal exists in스포츠 토토 분석 사이트wide스포츠 토토 분석 사이트(thickness of 18 nm – 21 nm) undoped HgTe QWs with스포츠 토토 분석 사이트the스포츠 토토 분석 사이트reduced스포츠 토토 분석 사이트symmetry스포츠 토토 분석 사이트surfaces (such as (013)스포츠 토토 분석 사이트and (112)).스포츠 토토 분석 사이트Because스포츠 토토 분석 사이트of스포츠 토토 분석 사이트an inverted band structure and respectively the peculiar properties of스포츠 토토 분석 사이트size스포츠 토토 분석 사이트quantization스포츠 토토 분석 사이트in스포츠 토토 분석 사이트these스포츠 토토 분석 사이트QWs스포츠 토토 분석 사이트the overlap of a conductance band (with the bottom in the centre of Brillouin zone) and valence band (with the few maximums in its side points) arises. Its value is about 10 meV.
